The website also includes a classified section, news and events, list of resources, and photo gallery.

Residents may have guests stay at their home for a period of sixty cumulative days throughout the calendar year. Residents may accompany their guests to The Aspen Lodge as often as desired. Guests of residents may use The Aspen Lodge facilities for a small fee if unaccompanied. We also encourage residents to bring their grandchildren to enjoy the community pool-- daily from 2pm-4pm year-round.

I noticed that very few people seem to utilize street parking. Is it permitted to park a second car in the street, knowing it has to be moved every 72 hours by code? I am talking about the newer homes on the southern end of the subdivision.
Anywhere in city of Reno, street parking is allowed. Must move vehicle every 72 hours. At Sierrra Canyon most have fewer vehicles and park in garages or on double spaced driveways. Usually see street parking with guests, moving ins, or house party.
