• Locate main water cutoff valve and ensure that it is accessible and functioning properly.

• Schedule a professional cleaning and inspection of fireplace flue and chimney.

• Inspect caulk around fireplace and repair as necessary.

• Power wash exposed exterior wood surfaces and apply water seal treatment.

• Inspect roofing for loose or missing shingles or flashing.

• Schedule septic system service.
