Scenic Series
Downsize and upgrade all at once with the Scenic series. With floor plans that average at 1,471 sq. ft., the Scenic series offers a set of floor plans that are just the right size, giving you room to breathe without wasting space. Choose from four open floor plans – Alpine, Contour, Compass, and Hallmark.
Alpine
The Alpine floor plan is simplicity at its finest. Balancing entertaining with personal space, this plan offers the best of both worlds. Generous lines of site from the kitchen to the patio mean you will always be part of the action and a bit of privacy easily found in the spacious Owner’s Suite when you’re looking to unwind.
Contour
The Contour floor plan makes use of natural light and openness to make the space feel bigger than it is, from the foyer to the large covered patio. This plan offers the ability to spread out with a forward-facing flex room that can be used as a private office, craft room, whatever you need for how you want to live your life. And overnight guests will feel right at home in the well sized secondary bedroom.
Compass
For the avid cook and entertainer, our Compass floor plan is an excellent choice. Impress friends from the start with the formal entry. Continue to ‘wow’ your company with a gourmet kitchen that is placed at the rear of the home, allowing for effortless indoor or outdoor meals with convenient access to the covered patio.
Hallmark
The Hallmark lets you live big while keeping life simple. The largest plan in the Scenic series, it offers additional space while still remaining manageable. The exra space in this plan allows for a larger Owner’s Bath for when you want a little extra pampering. And the location of the flex room offers a great opportunity for a formal dining room and freeing up more space in the everyday living area.
Distinctive Series
The Distinctive Series offers the best of both simplicity and luxury with mid-range floor plan sizes. Averaging at 1,877 sq. ft, this series is great for owners who like to play host to out-of-town guests with the addition of a third bedroom, plus the extra square footage allows for more floor plan personalization. This series has five unique floor plan options: Prosperity, Mystique, Mainstay, Palmary, and Prestige.
Prosperity
The workhorse of the Distinctive set, the Prosperity floor plan is built for maximum efficiency. Point-of-use storage is found through out the plan, allowing you to store items close to where they’re used. A generous walk-in pantry is located off of the kitchen and there is step-saving access to the larger laundry room through the Owner’s Suite.
Mystique
The Mystique floor plan is a social butterfly’s dream. By placing the covered patio next to the café and gathering room, this plan creates a versatile indoor/outdoor entertaining space that is sure to be the site of many gatherings. Cook for the whole block with this spacious kitchen that comes with extended cabinetry and a large kitchen island for extra storage.
Mainstay
The Mainstay offers a close connection to the outdoors with its placement of the gathering room in the back of the home, offering clear views to the patio. The kitchen is the central hub of this plan with easy access to all gathering spaces in the home. If you prefer traditional dining spaces, there is an option to turn the pantry and flex room into a butler’s pantry and formal dining room.
Palmary
The Palmary floor plan is all about the scenic views. With a wall of windows across the café and gathering room this plan offers show-stopping views of the outdoors and allows for an abundance of natural light throughout the space. Continue to enjoy the outdoors on the large covered patio, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Prestige
The Prestige floor plan is the largest in the Distinctive series. The generous kitchen and living space offers plenty of room to entertain. Install cornerless sliding glass doors to the patio to create the ultimate indoor/outdoor entertaining space. With dual walk-in closets in the Owner’s Suite and a private ensuite in the second bedroom, you and your guests will have all the space you need.
Echelon Series
Discover a new level of luxury in the biggest series of them all. Floor plans in the Echelon Series were made to make a grand impression with an average size of 2,246 sq. ft. Treat yourself to the highest luxury in the GenYou floor plan series with four different plans to choose from: Stardom, Stellar, Reverence, and Renown, each with distinct features to help you live a life well led.
Stardom
If you plan to live with a roommate or sibling, consider the Stardom floor plan. This plan’s additional bedroom can easily become a second Owner’s Suite, already equipped with a private bath and walk-in closet. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the central kitchen while taking in panoramic views from the wall of windows across the café and gathering room.
Stellar
If your ideal afternoon involves sitting on the front porch with a refreshing beverage, the Stellar floor plan, with the largest front porch in the GenYou line-up, is perfect for you. Designed around community connection, this floor plan is inviting from the start. Bring over friends and neighbors for lunch in the large kitchen, or sit on the covered patio for an outdoor gathering.
Reverence
If you have a large extended family, or simply like hosting your out-of-town friends, the Reverence has everything you need to keep your guests, and you, in comfort. This plan boasts two secondary bedrooms with private access to a shared bath and individual walk-in closets. Additional storage is located in the garage and off the front-facing flex room, so you have a spot for everything.
Renown
If you’re looking for the ultimate luxury, welcome to the Renown. The largest in the entire GenYou series, the Renown offers nothing short of the best with a standard three car garage, dual walk-in closets in the Owner’s Suite, extended cabinetry in the kitchen to store small appliances, plus two private secondary bedrooms with individual ensuites.
